Wine Tour Shore Excursions from your Cruise
Your cruise ship will have a variety of excursions on offer for each port of call. They may even have some wine tour shore excursions. Most likely these will be in large buses with a selection of your fellow passengers, and on set routes meaning that they will be cheaper than private shore excursions that allow you to tailor your route. So is it worth saving the money?
That really depends on what you want from your day. For example we are wine tours experts, all of our tours are private, tailor-made services. We offer an expert wine-trained guide who will be with you all day, the route is flexible, even on the very day we can change things to suit, add things in if there is time, and cater to your particular interests. This all costs a little extra.
A popular, and very handy option, that we offer is to pick clients up from the cruise ship (with their luggage), they then enjoy a full day of visits, have some lunch, and are delivered airport for their flights home. This could also be done on or before their cruise start date, of course, the route would be in reverse, ending at the port and boarding your ship. If you do not have to fly home directly or have some days free before boarding, why not add a couple of days to explore more of beautiful Chile (the Atacama or Easter Island for example) or add more Chile wine tour visits.
